• The landlord of cottage de Wimpel is not liable for theft, accidents or damage on his premises. The tenant is liable for damage caused by the actions or omissions of himself, his family members, his guests or visitors admitted by him.
• After receipt of this agreement, the tenant will pay the (partial) payments to the landlord within the set period. If the landlord does not receive the agreed advance payment on time, the agreement will be considered not concluded.
• The reserved cottage will be released for rental to others without notice. The tenant will not receive confirmation of the payments.
• The landlord undertakes to deliver the rented property to the tenant in a clean and good condition at the agreed time.
• The landlord has the right of access to the rented property at all times.
• The tenant declares that he is familiar with the location, layout and proper condition of the rented property based on the information provided (by telephone), brochures, etc.
• The tenant may not transfer the rented property to third parties for rent and/or use, nor may more than 4 people stay overnight there, unless with the written permission of the landlord. If the stated number is exceeded (without permission), the agreement will be considered terminated.
• The landlord of cottage de Wimpel ensures that the grounds belonging to the cottage are in a proper state of maintenance. It is not permitted to dig on the grounds, or to make any other changes to the grounds without prior permission from the landlord.
• Pets may only be brought along after written permission from the landlord.
• The tenant will use the rented property exclusively as a holiday home. If the rented property is not available due to force majeure and/or special circumstances, the rental fee will be refunded to the tenant's account.
• In the event that a tenant suffers damage due to a cause attributable to the landlord, compensation may amount to no more than the value of the total rental fee. Claims for compensation in this respect must be submitted to the landlord immediately.
• It is not permitted to use other appliances for cooking and washing purposes in cottage de Wimpel than those provided by the landlord.
• The tenant is obliged to treat the rented cottage de Wimpel, the inventory and furnishings with care, and to leave it in the same condition upon departure as it was found upon arrival.
• The landlord has the right to increase the rent in the interim if there is reason to do so. The tenant will be informed of this in advance and has the right to terminate the rental contract if they do not agree.
• The landlord has the right to terminate the rental contract if the tenant does not agree with the interim increase and to release the period for rental again.
• The use of bicycles is not included, and the tenant cannot use the bicycle room behind the house (bicycle shed).

Regulations Huisje de Wimpel

• On departure, the duvets must be left in the designated covers
  You must provide yourself: Bottom sheets, duvet covers, pillowcase, tea towels, towels and dishcloth. These can also be rented via Akke van der Hoop (see above).
• There are 4 sleeping places divided over 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, all equipped with single duvets.
• The dimensions of the double bed are 140 by 200, the bunk bed 90 by 200. The dimensions of the duvets are 140 by 200.
• Smoking is not allowed in the cottage.
• By order of the fire department, the use of a barbecue is not permitted.
